Love’s Travel Stop Store #393
McComb, MS
This Love's Travel Stop project is the farthest project Core & Shell has panelized yet; this exciting opportunity to branch out and work closely with the General Contractors traveling team. In addition to the distance and logistic hurdles of this project, C&S had to design a complex panel system that tied together easily in the field. Again, the innovative minds at C&S constructed a way to panelize this project; the C&S team shaved weeks off of the project's schedule, thanks to our panelized system.
Golden Valley Memorial Health
Clinton, MO
The Golden Valley Memorial Health project consisted of an ambulance garage addition to an existing health care building. This project required the seamless integration of canopies on the face of the structure. The precision and accuracy of how the C&S team designed and fabricated each wall panel assembly was critical to the success of this project. With careful planning, coordination, and attention to detail, the C&S team delivered another successful project to another satisfied customer.
Sedalia VA Clinic
Sedalia, MO
The Sedalia VA Clinic is a significant project by the sheer number of prefabricated exterior and interior wall panels crafted by C&S, and one of the most notable projects as C&S merged structural components into individual wall panels. Another element to the industrialized approach that C&S embodies created a unique advantage that C&S capitalized on during the harsh winter months; a sole operation in a controlled off-site environment. Between the integrated red iron columns with tie-downs already fabricated into all of the shear walls and the pre-installed exterior door frames, C&S delivered on this project without skipping a beat during the winter months.
Big O’ Tires
Sedalia, MO
C&S manufactured and installed this project’s 2-hour fire-rated, exterior wall assemblies, drying in the building 75% faster than initially scheduled. This allowed other contractors to begin work on the interior of the building much sooner, ultimately saving time on the overall project schedule.
Love’s Travel Stop Store #258
Ottawa, KS
This Love's Travel Stop building addition was a time-critical project; due to its nature, a fuel lane was closed for the project's duration. The wall panel systems manufactured by C&S helped to decrease the overall project schedule by nearly 40% and, in turn, helped our friends at Love's open that fuel lane much sooner than initially anticipated!
Phantom V Distillery

The Phantom V Distillery project has been a fantastic local opportunity to see how both steel and timber framing weave together to create one spectacular structure. This project's unique internal design allowed our team to showcase our core ideology of industrialized construction.
