Robert J. Reasbeck

President/Chief Executive Officer

As President and CEO, Bob is responsible for developing business strategies and plans. He is the main line of communication to the Board of Directors and for executing on the leadership’s company vision. Bob meets with the BIM Manager and Plant Foreman each day to review coordination, scheduling and shop installations. He oversees current sales, sales forecast, market strategy and penetration and works with the COO to establish and track job costing and company budgets.

Jennifer K. Reasbeck 

Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

In her role, Jennifer oversees all company financial actions, including tracking budgets versus actuals, financial planning and budgeting, establishing a strong vendor network, purchasing of raw materials for production, along with insurance oversight, licensing and trade organization management, marketing and human resources.

Michael W. Bradford, PE 

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Mike serves as both BIM Manager and Chief Operations Officer, which means he manages and coordinates BIM standards development, works with building designers to optimize prefabrication methods and building techniques and prepares designs and cost estimates. Mike also works with the Business Development team to provide information for proposal presentation, creates shop drawings and submittal documents and develops project schedules for clients and the Plant Foreman.

Brandon S. Sowers 

Business Development

Brandon assists with marketing and client relation activities. He provides feedback on competitive offerings and helps develop scopes of work per project. Along with locating potential project opportunities, Brandon assembles and submits product information, coordinates quality control and close-out and schedules deliveries and installations.

Matt Burchett

Factory Foreman

Matt runs the entire factory and oversees production. He coordinates directly with Mike on everything produced in the shop, including management of daily manufacturing operations, plant controls and organization. He oversees inventory, schedules and tracks production goals and coordinates all transportation efforts with crews and clients.
